Jason Stokes
DIRECTOR
Jason established Ultrashield alongside Sian in 2005. He enjoys running his own business and focuses on providing an excellent service and product within a great team environment. He says: “I love the Glass Protection and Window Tinting industry as it provides different job scopes and challenges to keep the day-to-day interesting.”
On weekends, you’ll find him enjoying time with his family, watching the kids play sport, and boating and fishing whenever he finds the time!
Fun fact: Jason has played in the rugby Masters Games!

Sian Murdoch-Stokes
DIRECTOR
Sian established Ultrashield with Jason in 2005. Going the extra mile for customers brings a smile to her face and hearing good feedback always makes her day! She says: “We say what we mean and follow through, which I believe makes all the difference. I love the diversity of the industry and the products we offer, so no two days are the same!”
On the weekends you’ll find her hanging out with friends and family, getting some exercise in, and playing music.
Fun fact: Sian used to be an Aerobics instructor!

Sara Remnerth
OFFICE MANAGER
Sara has been with the Ultrashield team since 2018. She takes care of the office and our customer enquiries. She says of working for Ultrashield: “I think the products we offer are really great and our work makes a real difference to our customers’ spaces.”
Outside of work, you’ll often find her getting creative at the clay studio. She also loves heading out on weekend trips to the Coromandel.
Fun fact: Sara once placed 4th at the Swedish National Championships for women’s air rifle shooting!

Vitoria Nabalon
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Originally from Brazil, Vitoria brings creativity, organisation, and fresh ideas to the Ultrashield team. At 29 years old, she’s been part of the crew since 2025, helping with office administration and manage the brand’s marketing and visual communication with a sharp eye for detail.
She says the most interesting part of her role is getting to connect with people, both inside and outside the business, and helping tell the Ultrashield story in meaningful ways.
On the weekends, you’ll likely find her spending time with her partner, watching movies, or enjoying a day at the beach.
A quiet and thoughtful soul, Vitoria loves meeting new people and lending a hand wherever she can. What she enjoys most about Ultrashield is the positive environment and the friendly, supportive team.
Fun fact: Vitoria is a true blend of cultures, Brazilian by birth, with an Italian mum, a Chilean dad, and now calling New Zealand home.
Hobby: Swimming, especially when the sun's out! -
Vincent Yu
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Vincent has been with Ultrashield since 2024, helping bring creative concepts to life turning ideas from a screen into real-world results. Whether he’s designing or assisting the installers, he enjoys the ever-changing nature of the job.Laid-back by nature, Vincent might not be the loudest in the room, but he’s always up for a good conversation and a team laugh. He says the best part about working at Ultrashield is the variety, no two days are the same.
His ideal weekend? Relaxing at the beach on a sunny day or gaming with friends into the night.
Fun fact: Vincent once won an Asian Karate Championship when he was younger!
Hobbies: Gaming in all forms. -
Rodney Misa
INSTALLER
Born and raised in West Auckland, Rodney is the second eldest of six siblings and fluent in Samoan. He’s been a valued part of the Ultrashield team since 2021, bringing care and creativity to every project.
He says the most interesting part of the job is the satisfaction of turning blank walls and clear glass into finished works, whether it’s window tinting, wayfinding signs, or full-scale wall prints.
When not at work, you’ll likely find him enjoying the outdoors with family on a sunny weekend. He’s thoughtful, considerate, and always up for a friendly chat.
What does he love most about Ultrashield? The positive team environment—and the variety of cookies and biscuits in the breakroom!
Fun fact: Though born in New Zealand, Rodney’s favourite international rugby team is Ireland!
Hobbies: Playing tennis and taking his motorcycle out on the open road. -
Victor Tauta
INSTALLER
Victor has been with the Ultrashield team since 2022 and brings a laid-back attitude and a strong work ethic to every job. At just 23 years old, he’s already gained a wide range of experience thanks to the variety of work, one day it’s window tinting, the next it’s signage installs.He says what he enjoys most about the job is exactly that: the variety. No two days are the same, which keeps things interesting and challenging.
On the weekend, you’ll find Victor relaxing with his family and watching a good game of rugby. He’s always up for a challenge and is known on the team for being calm, focused, and reliable.
Fun fact: Victor can do a backflip!
Hobbies: Playing video games and rugby. -
Villamin David
INSTALLER
At 67 years old, Villamin David brings energy, experience, and a friendly spirit to the Ultrashield team. He’s been with the company since 2023 and enjoys every moment, especially the jobs that take him outside Auckland.Known for his youthful vibe and approachable personality, Villamin is always ready to lend a hand and keep the team in good spirits. He says one of the best parts of working at Ultrashield is the great management and the friendly team environment.
His idea of a perfect weekend? A relaxing Saturday filled with his favorite things, Filipino movies, good music, and a bit of TV time.
Fun fact: Villamin is a talented singer and never misses a chance to share a tune on videoke!
Hobbies: Watching Filipino films and listening to music. -
Bailey
CHIEF HAPPINESS OFFICER 🐶
Bailey Basil is the heart and fluff of Ultrashield, our resident office dog and full-time good girl. She’s been “working” at Ultrashield since forever (because really, the office wouldn’t be the same without her).
Her favourite part of the job? Casually standing near the staff… definitely supervising, definitely not begging for snacks. She takes quality control (especially of lunch) very seriously.
On the weekend, Bailey loves heading out with her family for splashy adventures, playing in the water, running wild, and maybe chasing a duck or two (just for fun, of course!).
She describes herself as calm, happy, and always ready to play. What she loves most about Ultrashield is all the cuddles, room to run around, and being everyone's favorite coworker.
Fun fact: Bailey’s convinced she’s the true boss around here, and honestly, no one’s arguing.
Hobbies: Splashing, snacking, supervising, and snoozing.
